Except for the first episode, in which partners have spoken about the importance of the whole project, \u201cTalking Youth Work\u201d<\/strong> includes interviews with Youth workers that are involved in the Innovation of Youth work.<\/p>\n

In the\u00a0second episode of the podcast,\u00a0Nerijus Kriauciunas<\/strong>, an international trainer in the field of youth, spoke of his personal journey, that led him to his current job. In addition, he shared his idea of innovation, recognising some existing issues and offering precious tips on the use of digital tools. Differently, the third episode was about Improvisation Theatre<\/strong> with young people. In this regard, Gergely Kiss<\/strong> showed, that practising this art is helpful to develop some kind of skills.<\/p>\n

The goal for the podcasts\u00a0is to contribute to a stronger international Youth work community<\/strong> by deepening the debate and reflection about the ways of innovation in Youth work with key players in the field; sharing and mainstreaming the know-how and practices of Youth workers, who are developing innovative projects\/methodologies and digital youth work. A great example is a strategy used by the last episode’s guest, Stephan Sch\u00f6lzel<\/strong>, who uses video games to establish a communication link with young people. FUTURE LABS<\/strong> is an Erasmus+ funded project developing tools for digital youth work. The goal of the project is to support the\u00a0development of digital youth work, creativity and self-expression in social inclusion in the field of youth.<\/p>\n
