VOLUNTEER PROFILE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

MULTIMEDIA:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Highly motivated young people with an interest in graphic design, photography, editing post-production, website production and willing to work with youth and in the NGO field.<\/p>\n

SOME POSSIBLE TASKS:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 photographing and shooting videos of different events and projects,
\n\u2013 work in the audio studio,
\n\u2013 video-streaming of different events,
\n\u2013 graphic design for publications, brochures and other production formats,
\n\u2013 directing, editing and post-production of different video projects
\n\u2013 writing articles,\u00a0production of content for an online blog.<\/p>\n

or<\/p>\n

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:\u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u2013 providing general administrative support to international projects,
\n\u2013 helping to produce proposals, plans and report,
\n\u2013 organizing and maintaining project files and databases,
\n\u2013 assisting in monitoring project budgets, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations,<\/p>\n

\u2013 assisting in planning and implementing Europe Direct activities,
\n\u2013 networking and more.<\/p>\n

Apart from the above mentioned tasks, the volunteer will have a chance to implement his\/her personal project, that will be defined in the first month after arrival, based on the:
\n\u2013 relevance of the suggested topic,
\n\u2013 existing skills of the volunteer,
\n\u2013 defined personal aims of the volunteer,
\n\u2013 capacities (facilities, knowledge) of PiNA.<\/p>\n

PRACTICAL AGREEMENTS:<\/strong>
\nWorking days will be from Monday to Friday<\/strong>, for around 6 hours per day<\/strong>. The volunteers will be free at evenings and weekends and will have an opportunity to take some days off.\u00a0In the period of 4 working weeks, there will be 2 free days available.<\/p>\n

We will\u00a0also organize free-time activities, language courses and other educational activities, which will not be obligatory to attend.<\/p>\n

The first weeks will consist of an induction, and allow for time to get to know each other, as well as the working areas and the culture of Slovenia. We will use the final part of the voluntary working period to write the volunteer\u2019s final report and to finalise the Youthpass (the mentors will have an active supporting role).<\/p>\n

Each volunteer will:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 receive monthly pocket money to the amount of 4 EUR per day and an additional 170 EUR per month for food expenses,
\n\u2013 be registered for the group insurance scheme CIGNA,
\n\u2013 be reimbursed for travel costs (max\u00a0180 EUR per volunteer),
\n\u2013 have a task related mentor and external mentor,
\n\u2013 have an opportunity to develop a personal project,
\n\u2013 have the opportunity to follow an online Slovenian language course – Online Linguistic Support (OLS).<\/p>\n

The volunteer will live in a flat in the city center of Koper or in a residential area nearby, sharing a room with another volunteer.<\/p>\n
