Assisting in the integration of foreigners (applicants for international protection, people who have already acquired international protection and third-country nationals) into the local environment. Activating and connecting the local population, willing to participate in creating an environment, open to the integration of foreigners, and raising awareness of the integration as a two-way process.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
By organizing the center of intercultural dialogue in Koper, we will inform foreigners about the key areas for the integration into the local environment, establish partnerships and connect key actors, train individuals for voluntary work with foreigners, strengthen the support environment for the integration of foreigners into the local environment, promote proactive cooperation of target groups with the local population and create a positive image of foreigners in the public.
The center for intercultural dialogue consists of three units: support point, where foreigners can get information, legal support and guided tours of the city; networking center, which will strengthen the participation of organizations and institutions for the integration of foreigners into the local environment and “Točka dialoga,” which will be the center of proactive action and participation of target groups with local people through cultural activities. All units will be accompanied by the media campaign “Podam ti roko.”
