The head of the organisation, Vid takes care of projects’ and activities’ development, coordination of co-workers, and external relations. He represents the organisation at a public level.

He has a degree in psychology, with a 6-month training course for managing European projects and extensive experience in project work. Vid has been programme leader and later president of the Students’ Association in Koper, as well as head of Education for the Slovenian Association of Student Clubs, expert associate for the National Youth Council of Slovenia, advisor for EU financing for various companies, and EU project manager (e.g. Competitive Edge in Backpacking Journalism). A youth trainer and facilitator in more than 30 conferences and trainings, he is interested in the development of new didactic methods, manuals and material.
