The project targets the educational and employability needs of unemployed youths, especially the so-called NEETs (‘Not in Education, Employment or Training’): its main goal is to provide them with skills and support, bettering their employability and encouraging their involvement in the Social Entrepreneurship field.
A second target are the social workers who deal with this category of youths, to which E3 wants to give new tools and abilities to use in their daily job, to further their local impact.
The first official E3 event will be a Training Course to be held in Italy in October 2015, to which will follow the creation of an educational Entrepreneurship Manual, a Job Shadowing exchange for selected candidates, a series of local workshops and promotional activities in each Partner Country’s community and, finally, an International Contest aimed at finding new Social Entrepreneurship ideas.
