In June 2016, Peter, representing PiNA, Slovenian association for culture and education, has had the opportunity to visit CAPEC in Yaoundé, Cameroon, aiming to obtain better insights on the dynamics of the activities of the visited association and to improve and strengthen their cooperation.
Job Shadowing, as a non-formal learning mobility for youth workers, is one of the activities foreseen in the “Equality for Change”, a Capacity Building in the field of youth project (Erasmus +, KA2), involving 3 European organisations (PiNA from Slovenia – project coordinator, CESIE from Italy, De Lindenberg from Holland) and 3 African organisations (TYCEN from Tanzania, CAPEC from Cameroon, KVDA from Kenya). The project gave an opportunity to 1 youth worker from each country (6 in total) to participate as an active observer in the activities of the partner organisation.
