You will learn about the tools which will help you design project, from a project you like to a project your users will also like. Methodology is based on lean innovation and contains four steps of testing that any project manager/entrepreneur should perform before starting a project:
1. Designing your performance model
2. Designing your problems interview
3. Designing prototype
4. Testing prototype
Every step will be explained in the webinar. This tools will help you doing stuff that is meaningful to your users and stop you doing stuff that nobody needs.
About the lecturer:
Tomaž Stritar from Slovenia has been working on the development of entrepreneurship and innovations already for 5 years. He is a founder and CEO of the Institute Successful entrepreneur. He is also one the founders of co-working space DPlac – hub of business ideas with the social impact. He co-founded a business education program Ferl which has included hundreds of potential entrepreneurs and it has been organised all over Slovenia. YOUTH SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP: A NEW OPPORTUNITY IN TIMES OF CRISIS
In these times of economic crisis – which are deeply affecting the younger generation – our project aims at targeting youth unemployment through a more innovative approach. Social Youth Entrepreneurship is a growing field in which the youth might find interesting work opportunities: the HUB model will help create »start-up aggregators« to support the creation of new social enterprises.
