PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
THE CULTURAL INCUBATOR FOR RAISING EMPLOYABILITY AND FOR SUPPORT IN ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE
The aim of the project was to raise the employability of the national groups of nations from former Yugoslavia on the Coastal-Karst region in the field of culture, to enable the preservation of their cultural identity and raise their social inclusion in Slovenian society. The project was intended to help raise awareness about the positive impact of preserving, expressing and using cultural heritage to benefit creators, users, members of national groups and the Slovenian national majority. Cultural organisations of the members of national groups and individuals have the opportunity to receive the incubator’s logistical and professional support, performing consulting activities and informing the public also after the end of the program.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
We performed trainings in the field of cultural management and multimedia creation. The overall programme was divided into two modules which covered individual areas; the implementation also had the support of experts in the field of cultural management and multimedia. We organised monthly workshops and meetings to present the members of national groups and their organisations. We also performed targeted promotional activities, informed the public, etc.
