PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Actors of different fields and expertise (elementary schools, educational NGOs, municipalities/local communities) will promote (1) interpersonal and intercultural competences, (2) entrepreneurial competences and (3) media literacy of pupils in elementary schools through the exchange and development of best practices and innovative educational methods and tools. We will develop transnational educational methods and tools and seek ways toward their implementation into existing school curriculums.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
Preparation of a methodological framework and overview of best practices for use, development or upgrading.
Development of methods and tools to improve the entrepreneurial, interpersonal, intercultural competences and skills as well as the media literacy of pupils in elementary schools and testing them in practice.
Online Resource Centre to facilitate the dissemination and use of project results to various stakeholders.
Two five-day trainings for project staff to develop, test and find possible applications of new methodologies and tools into existing school curricula.
Three short-term (one week) exchange of pupils.
Three local events for the dissemination of project results at local/national levels.
Five international project meetings for valuation, strategic decision making and evaluation of the project’s progress.
Final transnational event for the dissemination of project results at the European level to promote the project to interested public.
