PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
FIGHTING YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT THROUGH SYE
E3 aims at responding to a global challenge of today – youth unemployment, a case which demands not only transformations of the labour markets, but new innovative elements and approaches that will create opportunities for “transformations” of NEETs. Our aim is to train NEET’s on Social Youth Entrepreneurship, another recently growing field in which they might find interesting work opportunities, especially in social enterprise, a newly appeared labour market sector lacking HR which can employ society’s fragile members.
