EU INFOPOINT: PROMOTION OF EU CITIZENSHIP, ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES
Everyone has questions about Europe and how it operates, and that’s only to be expected: Europe Direct information centres are the best place to go and find the answers! Do not hesitate and contact us if you need…
answers to questions on your EU rights, funding, etc.;
invitations to local EU information/networking events;
EU documents and publications;
references to other information sources;
contact details for relevant organisations or for the closest European Documentation centre (about EU specific publications, documents, law, integration, policies and institutions).

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

EU-RELATED PROJECTS, EVENTS AND GENERAL TOPICS
Promotion of events and opportunities in various fields: lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, job and mobility, EU citizenship, sustainable development. Some recent examples:
The DANTE Project: International project on ICT, media and new educational tools and methods, with partners from Romania, Greece, Latvia, Italy and Czech Republic.
Dan Zdrave Istre (Healthy Istria Day), Izola: Organic and local food market and fair, promoting sustainable development and health.
Na Zajtrk z Evropo (Breakfast In Europe): Monthly event raising awareness about EU citizenship. Each month’s breakfast focuses on traditions from a different EU state.
