The development of NGO capabilities in the field of green entrepreneurship and employability of youths.
BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT:
CYCLE OF TRAININGS WITH INTERNATIONAL COMPONENT
During the project, youth workers active in partner organisations will develop an educational module in the field of green entrepreneurship and youth employability, and take part in an international training to improve their didactic skills. After finishing the training, they will pilot-test the gained knowledge in their local environment. Each country will form groups of unemployed youths who will gain the knowledge needed for planning green business ideas and active participation of youths on the (green) labour market, under the mentorship of youth workers.
