PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
AUDIO PRODUCTION ACCESSIBLE TO ALL
PiNA was detecting a technical deficit in the audio field, and seeing a connection with its values, goals and interests in the idea of creating a studio and thus being able to provide an open space for quality production. The young proposers of the idea and PiNA shared the will to create a space enabling a better insight into audio production: they wanted to familiarise with, experiment, create and explore the audio-musical field, and create reflections of the world we live in, to unite the youths with a joint project, raise audio-music production quality on the coast, create a space for quality free time, enable the youths to gain additional technical and practical skills in the field of audio-music, and create music which would not only be a mean of expression, but also a promoter of ideas.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
AUDIO STUDIO, WORKSHOPS
The space is equipped with suitable barriers and sound insulations, and thus intended for music, audio and film production. We perform audio-music workshops, created for all youths who want new knowledge in the field. One of the most important activities is to encourage youths to spend their free time in a good way in a studio where we perform various organised meetings, workshops, lectures and encourage informal transmission of knowledge, experience and ideas. Those youths who expressed an interest to grow in the audio-musical field through workshops and peer education will have the opportunity to use the studio, together with PiNA’s knowledge and instructors. The space enables them to try out new, creative activities and experiment, and they seek integration between the technical knowledge gained from music school and practical experience.
