Training course: Facing discrimination of LGBT people in labour market through Theatre of the Opressed and Multimedia
Location: Solun, Greece
The four-day intensive course will enable participants to explore different tools and exercises within the Theatre of the Oppressed method to take action with impact, assertiveness and resilience.
The training will:
explore the role of communication, action and assertiveness in responding to
discrimination of LGBT people, with main focus on work environments
bring together a range of experts, trainers, LBGT people to explore their
reactions on discrimination
bring interventions in public space and record and record the reactions

Training course is organised within the project Facing homophobia for an inclusive job, that focuses on exploring the use of different methods; Theatre of the Oppressed, Loesje creative writing and multimedia, in different social contexts (schools, public services, labor market, public space, etc.) to find new ways to face the LGBT discrimination.
