The project FHOFIJ is committed to eliminate discrimination against LGBTIQ, addresses the advocacy of their rights and promotes capacity building in the field of adult education.
The project partners have, in addition to the reviewing of the project tasks, to the exchange of (work) experience in the field of labour market and employment of LGBTIQ and to the networking, acquainted themselves with the situation of LGBTIQ community in partners’ counties and got familiar with Athens and the Greek partner organization Hellenic youth participation, which hosted the meeting.
In March 2018, an international training program for the use of the methods of the Theatre of the Oppressed and multimedia is foreseen. The aim is to raising public awareness and to foster inclusion of LGBTIQ, focusing on the field of labour market and employment. The training will result in the Public theatre play using Forum Theatre or the so-called Invisible Theatre.
