19.00-20.00
E-KAVARNA PINA (Kidričeva ulica 43, Koper)
PiNA is one of the Facing Homophobia For an Inclusive Job project partners, within which we have organized an international 4-day intensive training, where professional and advisory staff, representatives of NGOs and LGBT people interweave, investigate and test the use and effectiveness of the Theatre of the Oppressed, multimedia and Loesje creative writing.
As part of the training, the participants will conduct a forum theater performance on discrimination against LGBT people. We will also premiere an informative-educational video about the method of the theater of the oppressed or theater of social change as a way of changing society.
The stated issues of LGBT discrimination, with a special emphasis on the field of work and employment, will be dramatized and publicly presented through actors (participants in the training) in the performance. They will encourage spectators to find solutions to the presented problems, thus the boundary between the players and the audience will be blurred, as the latter will co-create the show.
The whole event will be held in English.
The performance is organised within the project Facing homophobia for an inclusive job, that focuses on exploring the use of different methods; Theatre of the Oppressed, Loesje creative writing and multimedia, in different social contexts (schools, public services, labor market, public space, etc.) to find new ways to face the LGBT discrimination.
Due to the limited number of places, we kindly ask you to reserve your seat at info@pina.si.
